1. SHIPPING INFORMATION
All in-stock orders are shipped from our warehouses within 1-3 business days.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact us at support@luxegamelounge.com, and we will send a digital receipt for your purchase.
This email confirms that your order has been received and your credit card is authorized for purchase. We will begin processing your order to ensure it is in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will contact you via email to confirm whether you'd like to keep the order or cancel for a full refund.
2. ORDER SHIPMENT

Tracking information will be sent within 24 hours of shipment to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t receive tracking details within four business days, reach out to us at support@luxegamelounge.com.
Large items shipped via freight (not UPS or FedEx) will require a signature upon delivery. The shipping company will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
3. PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact us immediately.
Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos sent to support@luxegamelounge.com.
We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and resolve the issue or replace your order at no additional cost.
Please Note:
Any damages must be documented upon receipt and reported to the delivery carrier if the item is shipped via LTL or freight.
Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase if no resolution is met.
