At Luxe Game Lounge, we understand that things happen, which is why we offer a 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If you need to return an item for any reason, you can do so within 30 days—just pay return shipping and a restocking fee. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return.
1. Damages and Issues
- Customers must contact Luxe Game Lounge to arrange the return and obtain a return authorization number.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- The inspection ensures the item is in good working order and shows no signs of damage.
2. Exchanges
- Products eligible for return or exchange must be like new, undamaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.

3. Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded, and credits will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on your payment method and bank's policies.
- If the product shows visible signs of wear or is missing components to the extent that it cannot be sold as new, it will be classified as a refurbished unit, and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
